The present work aims to identify the articulation between the dimensions of spirituality at work and the self-perception of inclusion of workers practicing African-derived religions. To this end, interviews were applied based on the constructs of spirituality at work and inclusion. The results analysis occurred by the content analysis through the categorization of context units, which can be related to the articulations between the proposed constructs. Finally, it was inferred that the relationship of inclusion as well-being at work is also due to a fourth dimension of spirituality at work in addition to the three presented in the theoretical framework.
