The construction of social technologies as a product of consumer transformative research: a psycho-sociological inspiration

The Consumer Transformative Research (TCR) has advanced through the last years, and it has been more lacunar than the attention of field researchers. One of them refers to result and format of the result. Based o n the constancy of this gap, this article, which is an essay, looks for some issues such as the construction of social technologies as the product of consumer transformative research, and it was articulated by an inspiration from psycho -sociology. Such perspective is justified by the similarities between the TCR and social technologies approaches, in a construction process inspired by the constructivist direction of psycho -sociology. Through the debate, which is started in this paper, it is expected that th e result of the researches in TCR present social technologies, which are properly appropriated by the respondents, become assertive in the treatment of consumption themes, increasing individual and collective well - being.
